About Us
Panama Outsource Solutions is hiring a Bilingual English-Speaking Business Development Representative to support one of our U.S.-based clients from our back-office center in Panama. This role focuses on researching potential leads, managing personalized email outreach, engaging with prospects on social media, and scheduling appointments for the sales team?no closing required.
We?re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong written English is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing, and be comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus). The role is primarily digital with minimal phone outreach, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDENCE IS A MUST.
The job will be full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station.
Schedule is not fully set yet, but will be US Daytime.

Requirements:
Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to successfully multitask
Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
Must have experience working with CRMs. Prior experience with Hub Spot is a plus.
Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus.
