About Us
Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new English-Speaking Business Development Representative to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for tasks such as researching attendees and speakers at conferences the client attends, sending out personalized email campaigns, managing social media engagement, and sending warm up calls and messages to potential prospects. The Business Development Representative will not be responsible for closing sales, but for setting up appointments for the sales team.
We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is very personable and has strong customer service skills. Candidates should be comfortable handling both phone calls and emails. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Candidates should have some experience in the sales process, whether in sales, lead generation, upselling, or marketing. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and handling a high volume of calls and emails each day. Candidates should also have some experience working with CRMs. Experience with Hub Spot is a plus.
EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDENCE IS A MUST.
The job will be full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station.
Schedule is not fully set yet, but will be US Daytime.
Requirements:
Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to successfully multitask
Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
Must have prior sales or marketing experience.
Must have experience working with CRMs. Prior experience with Hub Spot is a plus.
