Job Description: Blog Writer
Location: Obarrio, Panama City, Panama (On-site)
Your Role
We are hiring a Blog Writer to support the production of written content for our digital properties, primarily blog articles.
This is an execution-focused role. You will spend most of your time writing articles based on clear briefs, approved sources, and defined structures?then formatting and publishing that content in WordPress.
If you are a strong English writer who can handle consistent daily output, follow instructions precisely, and produce clean, natural-sounding content, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & Production
- Write clear, grammatically accurate blog articles related to healthcare, homecare, and business
- Follow provided briefs, outlines, tone guidelines, and approved sources
- Adapt writing style as instructed (informational, warm, neutral, etc.)
- Ensure content reads naturally and does not sound AI-generated
Research & Accuracy
- Conduct basic research using assigned, credible sources
- Fact-check healthcare-related claims before submission
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across articles
Formatting & Publishing
- Format, upload, and categorize articles in WordPress
- Apply basic on-page structure (headings, bullets, readability)
- Follow internal publishing workflows and content standards
Quality Control
- Perform self-editing for clarity, typos, grammar, and alignment with the brief
- Ensure articles meet volume and quality expectations before submission
What We?re Looking For
Must-Have
- Native-level or C 1 English writing skills
- Strong grammar, clarity, and written communication
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured briefs
- Capacity to meet daily writing volume targets
- Strong attention to detail and self-editing skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and fast publishing cycles
Very Nice to Have
- Prior experience writing blog posts or online articles
- Basic experience with WordPress
- Experience writing about business, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with SEO / AEO fundamentals
