$ 900/month

Retention bonuses offered at 6 months and 1 year. Referral bonuses are available as well.

Monday- Friday, US Daytime (9am-6pm Eastern US time. Changes to 8am-5pm in March)

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a bilingual customer service and collections specialist to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is detail oriented and a fast learner with strong customer service skills to join one of our established projects. The position will mostly involve answering customer service calls and emails in both English and Spanish, as well as some soft collections for overdue accounts. Prior Customer Service Experience required. Previous Collections Experience is a plus but not required.

The position is full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. We provide parking. Please only apply to this position if you can regularly make the commute without issues. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a MUST.

Requirements:

Advanced English written and verbal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Prior experience working in collections is preferred

Excellent attendance and punctuality
