Full Time- Permanent Contract

Salary: $ 900/month base + $100 night incentive and additional incentives provided based on performance (incentives paid via Pluxee Digital)

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for friendly, well spoken, and dynamic members to join our fast growing dental recall program, where you will be making outbound calls and scheduling existing patients of dental clinics to do their regularly scheduled teeth cleanings. This will be a high volume outbound call position, but you will not be on a call queue.

We are searching for strong English speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Candidates with prior customer service experience, sales experience, or administrative experience are preferred.

Position will be full time in our office, located in Obarrio. We provide free parking. We are also located close to the Via Argentina metro stop.

Excellent Attendance and Punctuality is a must! Please only apply to this position if you are sure you can commute to an office in Obarrio without tardiness issues.

Night incentive and performance incentives are paid through Pluxee Digital, which means they are not taxed and you keep 100% of them.

Requirements:

Advanced written and verbal English skills. Fluent or near fluent is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
