Monday - Friday, US Daytime (8:30PM-5:30PM US Central time)

Full Time - Permanent Contract

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new member of the customer service team to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is detail oriented and a fast learner with strong customer service skills to join one of our established projects. The position will involve providing customer support to our client?s customers and loan borrowers. Customers speak both English and Spanish and support will need to be provided in both. The position will also grow to take on additional responsibilities as the employee becomes more seasoned.

The position will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Once an employee has passed the probationary period, work from home will be offered should the employee meet customer productivity standards as well as company IT security standards. Work from home is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Prior experience working in customer service is preferred

Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
