Back office Representative Bilingual (C1)

The Back office Representative will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.

We are looking for people who are:
Detail oriented
Provide best-in-class customer service
Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule
Able to work independently as well as on a team
Strong communication and data entry skills
Previous Call Center experience in Back office Representative is a must.
Collection?s experience is a plus

Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Intermediate advanced English language (written and spoken)
