Analyst, Resource Management

Principal Accountabilities:

- Partners with AMER business leaders to understand and execute labor assignment across various project types.
- Determines type of labor (badged or partner) and site location to align with strategy & scaling goals.
- Communicates daily with Project Managers in order to understand customer labor requirements, while also providing optimal utilization for our technical staff executing on the project requirements.
- Partners with Strategic Resource Manager for weekly successes, shortcomings, risks and recommendations

Principal Responsibilities:

- Accurately staff requests that fall into your assigned queue via tools provided
- Develop understanding of organizational strategy and execute on processes as designed to search for quality role candidates
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Develop relationships with & communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
- Be cognizant of staffing trends and volumes to identify demand/capacity gaps
- Problem solve to deliver quality output for optimal results within defined Service Levels

Skills:

- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Education and Experience

- 1-2 years experience on Resource Management
- Excellent MS Office Suite Skills
- High school certificate or above

Desirable Requirements

- Salesforce, ServiceEdge experience
- Portuguese capability
- Bachelor's Degree
