We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Director with expertise in video editing and After Effects to join our team at eSync 360°. As a Videographer/Director, you will play a key role in creating compelling video content that engages our audience and showcases our brand. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.

Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard editing software, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

Utilize After Effects to add motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to videos, enhancing their overall impact and visual appeal.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts and execute them effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in videography, editing, and motion graphics to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our video content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Videographer/Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography, video editing, and After Effects skills.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with a demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and engaging videos.

Extensive knowledge of After Effects, including experience in motion graphics, visual effects, and animations.

Solid understanding of cinematography principles, including camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to develop unique concepts and translate them into captivating videos.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with color grading and color correction techniques.

Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software.

Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.

Previous experience in commercial or promotional video production.
