Representante de Ventas para Playa Caracol

Punta Pacifica Realty, Panama?s top luxury and international real estate brokerage, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to establish and maintain our vibrant sales center at our Margaritaville Office in Playa Caracol. The primary objective is to attract potential buyers residing in or visiting Playa Caracol and to engage with clients and brokers interested in purchasing property in the area.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential buyers and visitors at the Margaritaville Office in Playa Caracol.

Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of owning an internationally branded property.

Actively prospect for new leads and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet collective goals.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management.




Requirements:

Fluent in English;English as a first language is a plus along with proficiency in Spanish.

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required weekend availability;schedule includes 5 ½ days per week.

Residence in the area or willingness to relocate.
