React Native Architect at BairesDev

As a React Native Architect, shape the software architecture and strategic direction of our mobile applications, utilizing your deep expertise in React Native and mobile app development. Your role focuses on designing scalable mobile app architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading development teams to build robust, efficient mobile solutions that align with our long-term business and technology goals.

What you will do:

- Architect comprehensive React Native mobile solutions, incorporating best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the assessment and adoption of advanced React Native frameworks and tools to enhance development capabilities.
- Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for React Native development across the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership on complex React Native projects, solving challenging technical problems.
- Mentor and guide development teams in advanced React Native techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align React Native development strategies with business objectives and technology trends.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience with React Native.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
