Hardware Logistics Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Hardware Logistics Analyst based in Lima or Bogota to join our team. In this role, you'll combine analytical skills with hands-on logistics management, ensuring efficient hardware distribution to our global workforce while maintaining precise inventory control. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in our international equipment deployment system.

What You'll Do:

- Travel internationally to personally handle hardware pickup and delivery across multiple countries.
- Monitor and maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
- Generate and analyze logistics data to improve delivery processes and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Process customs documentation and manage international shipping requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.

What we are looking for:

- Based in Lima or Bogota.
- Valid passport and US Visa.
- Other LATAM country visas (Desirable).
- Availability to travel, including weekends.
- Experience in logistics, hardware asset management, or inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
