Channel Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking a Channel Manager to drive strategic partnerships with key technology companies. You will be responsible for managing relationships with technology partners and supporting sales opportunities. This role is crucial in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Establish and nurture relationships with technology partners to achieve highest level certifications.
- Support new and existing deals by connecting sales teams with partner companies.
- Create and manage co-marketing and co-development opportunities.
- Track partnership pipeline and improve win rates through effective follow-up.
- Drive internal certification requirements and document partner processes.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Manage partner program compliance and benefits utilization.
- Report on partnership performance metrics and ROI.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development.
- Proven success managing relationships with technology companies such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Atlassian, Monday.com, Snowflake, GitHub, and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Experience with partner program management and certification processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with metrics-driven approach.
- Independent worker with collaborative attitude.
- Advanced level of English.
