As an Data Engineering Director, shape the future of our data architecture and engineering strategies, leveraging your deep expertise in data processing, ETL, and data systems design. Your role focuses on creating scalable and efficient data architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading engineering teams to build innovative data solutions that align with our long-term data management goals.

What you will do:


- Architect and design comprehensive data strategies and systems that align with organizational goals and scale with growing data needs.
- Lead and guide the organization in adopting advanced data technologies and methodologies.
- Define and enforce best practices in data management, ETL processes, and data pipeline architecture.
- Provide expert guidance on complex data engineering challenges, leading the resolution of high-impact data issues.
- Mentor and develop a team of data engineers, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align data engineering strategies with business objectives and emerging trends.


Here?s what we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience with ETL.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
