- The most important responsibility is to close sales and increase revenue for the Real Estate Sales operation of Lucero Homes Corp.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed established goals.
- Lead and supervise the Real Estate Sales team to ensure optimal performance and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive and develop continuous improvements in processes, service delivery and strategic definition of commercial offerings and business lines.
- Identify and seize market opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for the company's customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and business partners to foster loyalty and long-term growth.
-Assist in selecting trade shows to participate in and Working at the trade shows.
- Manage sales budget and allocated resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and market trends to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the industry.
- Develop and leverage more and new relationships with real estate guilds and organizations associated with the company's services.
- Generate reports with sales progress and business status in a timely manner.
-ollow up on real estate enquiries from potential clients, co-brokers, and promoters.
- Other responsibilities related to the position.
Experience:
- 5 years or more of Sales experience in the real estate sector with a high knowledge of the market and portfolio of clients in the Luxury Real Estate sector.
- Proven track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning through to closing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate internal team and assist in meeting and exceeding sales targets - Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Budget development
- Working knowledge of sales tools and techniques as well as management software (CRM).
