Social Media Manager (Videographer & Editor)
Full-Time | In Office | Torre de las Américas, Panama City
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Social Media Manager/ Videographer & Editor to own the day-to-day production of an entrepreneur's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. This is an in-office role where you will film, edit, publish, and manage content while ensuring consistent, high-quality output every day.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Film content in our office and on location as needed.
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Edit and publish one 15?30 minute YouTube video every business day.
- Design compelling thumbnails for YouTube and short-form content.
- Write captions, upload, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
- Ensure two short-form videos are published every day on every platform.
- Monitor all social channels by responding to comments, liking comments, and engaging with followers.
- Maintain an organized library of footage, projects, and completed content.
Qualifications:
- Experience filming and editing professional social media content.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working closely with a founder.
Success Looks Like:
- 2 polished short-form videos published daily across all platforms.
- 1 long-form YouTube video published daily.
- Consistent posting schedule with accurate captions and thumbnails.
- Timely audience engagement and organized content workflow.
