Empresa tecnológica multinacional, especialista en proveer infraestructura de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), equipos de telecomunicación y productos electrónicos de consumo.
Responsibility Description:
 - Lead Quality and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) improvement initiatives across regional offices, enhancing project delivery efficiency and ensuring strict compliance with internal control processes (including field work authenticity, subcontractor PO validation, and delivery material verification).
 - Strengthen field work management capabilities across representative offices in Mexico, Brazil, Multi-Country, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina, ensuring achievement of quality, material, and progress-related KPIs.
 - Conduct inspection and supervision of key projects (such as Fixed Broadband, Mobile Broadband, and FTTH), identifying best practices in field operations, EHS, and efficiency improvement, and promoting knowledge sharing across the region.
 - Drive business optimization and digital transformation by analyzing lessons learned, implementing process improvements, and supporting IT tool optimization for project delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements: 
Professional Knowledge:
 - Solid understanding of telecom project delivery, particularly in broadband and FTTH network implementation.
 - Strong background in EHS management, quality assurance, and internal control processes.
 - Experience working in multi-country project environments with regional coordination responsibilities.
 - Familiarity with project audit, compliance, and best practice implementation in technical operations.
Business Skills:
 - Excellent project coordination and cross-regional management abilities.
 - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, able to lead efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
 - Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, BI systems).
 - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
 - Fluent in English as a working language;proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
 - Willing to travel frequently within the Latin America region.
Other Requirements:
 - Bachelor?s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related fields.
 - Relevant professional certifications in project management, quality management, or EHS are required or preferred (e.g., PMP, ISO9001, NEBOSH, etc.).
 - Proven experience in multi-country project delivery within the telecom or infrastructure sector.
