Infotree Global Solutions is looking for Video Promoter/Servicio al cliente en línea to support a Global Company
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide online customer service through chat and calls, ensuring fluid and empathetic communication.
- Communicate with customers and sales partners via chat and video interactions.
Demonstrate effective empathy during customer interactions.
- Proactively search for case resolutions and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
- +6 months of experience as a customer service representative.
- Previous experience in sales or technical support (desirable).
- Bilingual with at least a high-intermediate English level.
- 100% Onsite
- Indefinite Contract
