People Operations Specialist
We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the effective execution of key organizational processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with internal policies and applicable requirements. The role will support various operational initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain accurate information, and identify opportunities for process improvement while providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders.
Requisitos:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely updates in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Develop and consolidate HR reports and documentation, providing accurate and timely information to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of physical and digital employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and document retention requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and timely support on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programs.
- Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations, tracking of objectives, and the calculation and administration of bonuses and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation and internal HR policies, identifying potential risks and supporting the implementation of corrective actions when required.
- Support compensation and payroll processes, including salary analysis and adjustments, payroll coordination, incentive calculations, and payment verification, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including documentation, final settlements, exit procedures, and relevant internal communications, ensuring a compliant and seamless employee transition.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes, proposing and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide support on labor and employment-related legal matters, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2?4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to payroll and compensation functions.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data analysis.
- Experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
