Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Language Requirement: Advanced English

Position Overview: We are seeking for a customer service agents to support one of our prestige campaigns in the banking industry.

Requirements:

- Proficient spoken and written English skills.
- A positive and extroverted personality.
- A confident and assertive individual with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with proficiency in utilizing multiple tools simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and internet navigation.
- Previous job experience is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
