Network Solution Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers in the Carrier Network domain, covering Access or Datacom or DWDM technologies.
- Solution Storytelling: Present and demonstrate solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating business value, technical differentiation, and return on investment.
- Market Representation: Represent the company at major trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars focused on telecommunications, IT, and cloud, showcasing our leadership in network innovation.
- Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: Work directly with customers to understand their specific technical and business needs, then collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose optimal solutions.
- Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate customers? existing technical infrastructure, identify current pain points and future requirements, and recommend solutions that deliver significant technical and operational value.
- Ecosystem & Partner Enablement: Build and maintain long-term technical trust relationships with customers and channel partners, including delivering technical training, solution design support, quotation preparation, and co-hosting joint marketing events.
Requisitos:
Must-Have:
- Language: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of technical support or technical sales experience in Carrier Network areas (Access or Datacom or DWDM, or related fields).
- Industry Preference: Previous working experience with Telecom Operators is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Mindset: Eager to grow professionally within the information technology and telecommunications industry.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor?s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
