Medical Legal Representative

At eSync 360, we?re looking for a Medical-Legal Representative to join our Panama City team and support vital backend operations for our U.S.-based clinic. In this role, you?ll handle credentialing, medical records, and legal documentation making sure everything is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Your Mission:

-- Experience in medical-legal coordination, credentialing, records management, or similar roles
-- Strong written and verbal communicManage and organize credentialing paperwork for physicians and providers
-- Coordinate medical record requests, preparation, and secure delivery
-- Track and prepare documentation for depositions, trials, mediations, subpoenas, and other legal cases
-- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of all sensitive records and communications
-- Communicate with law firms, insurance reps, and other third parties to fulfill requests
-- Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to stay aligned on deadlines and priorities

Requeriments:

-- Strong communication skills in English required; Spanish is a plus.
-- A high level of discretion and respect for patient privacy and legal sensitivity
-- Familiarity with medical records systems, documentation standards, and legal terminology
-- Strong organizational skills. You thrive on lists, deadlines, and staying one step ahead
-- Availability to work full-time from our Panama City office

Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
