Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure product quality from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production, driving process validation, risk management, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality verification of new product introduction, conducting CTQ and QCP verification based on early-stage product quality planning.
- Responsible for quality verification of the production system, process capability, and measurement system quality acceptance, including MSA/SPC/CPK/CMK, etc.; CTQ verification of the production process, and verification of the match between the production system and product quality.
- Responsible for the verification and implementation of special control plans for products, leading the verification and implementation of special control plans such as quality traceability, regulatory compliance, mis-materials, and ESD.
- Responsible for identifying quality risks related to variations and changes in mass production products and processes, managing 4M1E changes in a coordinated manner, and developing and implementing on-site quality control plans.
- Responsible for optimizing mass production QCPs and key CTQs, conducting on-site quality control around QCPs, and dynamically updating product inspection and control requirements.
- Implement quality system requirements, and based on the QA/QM quality assurance plan, develop and implement execution plans for each sub-domain/functional area.
- Responsible for product and factory on-site quality improvement, leading the handling and closed-loop management of quality issues.
