We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Editorial Department. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who is comfortable working within established brand standards, following creative direction, and contributing to structured, multi-page editorial projects. 

The selected candidate will assist in designing and laying out our monthly digital magazines, advertisements, and supporting marketing materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to implement feedback accurately, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets project deadlines.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of typography, grids, composition, and editorial layout principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of professional design work across various formats.

Responsibilities

- Design and layout monthly digital magazines and editorial publications.
- Create advertisements, promotional graphics, and supporting visual assets.
- Prepare files for digital publishing.
- Ensure consistency with established brand standards and editorial guidelines.
- Implement feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently.
- Review work thoroughly before submission to confirm that all requested changes have been made.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
