Inverter Engineer

Job Description

- Responsible for the analysis, handling, and closure of online issues related to photovoltaic inverters in the Latin America region. Lead the resolution and closure of major critical issues, ensuring that the problems do not escalate further and guaranteeing the stable operation of the live network.
- Ensure project delivery, conduct project inspection and rectification, and support the improvement of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Educational Background and Major A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Science and Engineering, or related fields.
- Core Professional Skills Professional knowledge: Familiar with the basic principles and components of power generation systems, and proficient in the working principles, internal structure, and key parameters of photovoltaic inverters. Fault diagnosis: Capable of independently and quickly diagnosing and handling common inverter faults (such as no display, off-grid operation, insulation faults, communication interruptions, low efficiency operation, etc.), with a clear troubleshooting logic. Tool usage: Proficient in using common testing instruments such as multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters, and power analyzers. Technical learning: Able to quickly learn and master the maintenance essentials of the company's new products and technologies.
- 1 year or more of on-site installation, commissioning, or after-sales maintenance experience with photovoltaic systems or power electronic equipment (such as frequency converters, UPS, inverters). Practical experience or certification with mainstream photovoltaic inverter brands is preferred

- Familiar with excel , word processing ?can prepare reports independently.
- Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills, can speak and write in English and Spanish?can speak and write Portuguese?chinese is better;
- Good organizational and coordination skills
