Intermediate Order Fulfillment Assistant
A multinational technology company operating in Panama, focused on telecommunications solutions, networking, and digital services. It has specialized teams in supply chain management, operational support, and regional project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes and work with the function department to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Make a plan to prevent risk during the delivery process, make sure all risk can be fully closed.
- Receive customer requirements, and make supply chain strategy to achieve it. Take care of customer?s concerns.
- Well learned on supply chain data, good analysis method to support order fulfillment management and decision making.
Requirements
- Education background: Bachelor degree or above
- Deep understanding on Supply Chain management
- Operation Supply KPI management
- Administration (Supply Chain Management, Cost and Budget Management, Basic Finance knowledge)
- Planning, Forecasting and Production and Capacity management knowledge
- Work experience: new graduates or 1?3 years of relevant experience in an IT/Telecom/Manufacturing factory environment/Project management etc.
- Advanced English level required
