HR Generalist Payroll Recruitment

Infotree Global Solutions is looking for HR Generalist (Payroll - Recruitment) to join a Global Company Panamá


Experience managing payroll, coding, payments, and full-cycle recruitment.
Responsible for processing or auditing payrolls, preparing employment contracts, and handling the entire process from sourcing to onboarding.
Solid knowledge of labor law and the Labor Code, as well as experience managing operational HR areas such as absences, vacations, and accrued vacation days.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and personal information.
Organize and file employee leave, vacation, and license records.


Requirements:



3+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or a combination of different roles aligned with this profile.
Advanced English B2+ - C1
Bachelor?s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or related field.
Experience with payroll, payments full cycle recruitment
ETS/ CRMs / HRIs plus
Onsite - Panama City
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Indefinite Contract
