Hotels and Cruises reservations and customer service agents

A major multinational company in the tourism sector is recruiting men and women for its team.

We are seeking customer service agents for cruise and hotel reservations for our service department with at least one year of certified telephone customer service, reservations, travel agencies or similar experiences.

Fluent in English, punctuality, excellent teamwork skills, good presence, and high salary expectations (average monthly between $1,000 and $1,500 USD). The agent's duties will include booking and selling travel packages for North American clients.

Conditions:

English level superior/advanced minimum, spoken and written.
On site work.
Schedule: 44 hours weekly.
1 year certified experience.

Hiring process:

5 days of training: USD $20 per day.
15 days of professional services (without contract): USD $525 + weekly sales incentives.

If the process is completed successfully:

6-month renewable contract ? Salary of USD $800
Unlimited commissions/spiff based on weekly performance paid by the end of the week!
USD $250 bonuses for meeting goals and being on time.
