E-Commerce User Experience Manager ( Empresa Multinacional de Comunicaciones)

The E-commerce Experience Manager will own and evolve the user experience across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring journeys are intuitive, conversion-driven, and consistent across markets.
This role partners closely with CRO, Product, and Design System teams to identify, prioritize, and implement UX improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
They will also lead and mentor a distributed team of designers, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence across multiple time zones and markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Experience Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end UX for e-commerce journeys (device, plan, checkout, payment, order summary).
- Translate business and product goals into intuitive, high-performing user flows.
- Maintain UX consistency across channels and markets.
2. Conversion & Optimization
- Partner with the CRO team to identify and validate UX opportunities that improve conversion and retention.
- Contribute hypotheses and design recommendations to the A/B testing roadmap.
- Interpret results and apply insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and coach a remote team of UX/UI designers across vendors or regional markets.
- Ensure clarity in priorities, deliverables, and design quality.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable culture within a distributed setup.
4. CMS & Content Collaboration
- Work with CMS editors to ensure cohesive integration between content and UX.
- Define best practices for layout, component usage, and localization.
- Identify CMS limitations and propose UX-friendly improvements.
5. Design System Alignment
- Ensure e-commerce components follow design system standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Partner with design system leads to propose new patterns when needed.
- Maintain consistency across markets and devices.
Requisitos:
- 7?10 years in UX/UI or digital product design, with at least 2 years leading teams (remote or cross-market).
- Proven collaboration with CRO and analytics teams to improve performance.
- Familiarity with CMS workflows and design systems (Figma, Storybook, CMS like WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
- Experience in e-commerce or transactional platforms.
