Interior Designer

Location: Panama City, Panama

We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer with 2? 4 years of professional experience to join our collaborative design studio in Panama City.

In this role, you'll participate in every stage of residential and commercial projects?from concept development and client presentations to sourcing, procurement, site visits, and final installation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, hands-on team and managing multiple aspects of the design process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative design concepts and client presentations.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and design documentation.
- Prepare drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in SketchUp.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, fabrics, and accessories.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project installations.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflow and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2? 4 years of professional interior design experience.
- Fluent English and moderate to fluent Spanish.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of FF&E, materials, furniture, and interior specifications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Own transportation is an asset.
