Commercial Director
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy for our International Business division. This role is responsible for driving sustainable business growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing commercial team while achieving ambitious sales and profitability goals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles.
- Solid track record managing B2B commercial operations within the food manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Experience developing international markets and working with export businesses.
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing commercial teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
