Business Intelligence (Bi) Analyst

At ITERUM, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who is passionate about data, automation, and creating smart business solutions.

The main goal of this role is to extract, analyze, transform, and present data from different company processes, using information technologies to measure results, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making across different areas.

Main Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data based on specific company needs using different tools and applications.
- Upload and keep information updated in the systems, looking for ways to automate and improve processes.
- Design and develop visual tools and reports to meet the needs of different departments.
- Make continuous adjustments and improvements to existing reports and models to ensure accuracy and relevance of the data.

Requirements

- Degree in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Intermediate Conversational English Level (B1+)

Technical Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Understanding of report automation and handling large amounts of data.
- Nice to have: experience with ETL tools or programming languages like Python, R, or DAX.
