We are looking for a supervisor with experience in reception and reservations

Managing reception staff, directing and training them.

Coordinating schedules and work plans.

Ensuring excellent guest service.

Scheduling work plans and daily improvement meetings.

English proficiency.

Supervise reservation staff.

Audit, verify, and confirm reservations.

Responsible for reservation guarantees.

Prevent overbooking.

Manage customer deposit refunds.

Ensure the safety and well-being of the team.
