What you?ll do
✅ Lead phone-based sales to retailers, specialty stores, lounges, wholesalers, and distributors
✅ Build, train, and coach a team of remote sales executives
✅ Set and enforce KPIs: call activity, conversion, pipeline value, and sales per agent
✅ Create sales scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and a clear sales process
✅ Manage the CRM and keep pipeline data clean and accurate
✅ Deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
✅ Work with Operations and Logistics to keep orders, inventory, and invoicing on track
What we?re looking for
🔹 Proven remote / phone-based sales experience
🔹 3+ years of hands-on sales experience
🔹 3 to 5 years managing a sales team (mandatory)
🔹 Track record of building teams and owning KPIs
🔹 Strong CRM skills and a data-driven mindset
🔹 Fluent English
