4 hours per week, monthly max salary 925USD. Accountabilities: Sorts, dates, codes and enters incoming documents into the accounts payable system to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, customers or team members. Maintains the accounts payable system. Maintains the accounts payable filing system. Conducts and presents productivity reports. Reconciles vendor statements. Screens all check requests for necessary disbursement date. Files all vendor payments and/or documentation after check run.Responsibilities: Assists in the development and/or improvement of the accounts payable system. Establishes appropriate accounts payablefacility based on analysis of information. Regularly briefs leadership on the status of accounts payable. Serves as a liaison with other departments,customers and third parties to obtain information. Generates reports and recommendations based on analysis. Leads cross-functional projects as required. Recommends and implements process improvements. Assists with system integration and testing. Skills: Advanced organizational skills. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft. Office products, especially Excel (intermediate level on formulas, tables, pivot tables and less important: charts) . Advanced communication skills. Advanced customer Service skill. Advanced ability to prioritize projects and deliverables. Analytical. Advanced English. Desirable: Oracle Accounts Payable could be a differentiator (1 year+ experience). 1. Will be involved on a release of an initiative in the first 30 days 2. Support further analysis on discrepancies 3. Support specific project action items as neededaacross the regions 4. Help writing process maps, governance and training documents for improved process 5. Support training to internal/external partners on new process 6. Track improvements and report out on metrics 7. Call out/identify gaps Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of related experience.
