Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Logistic Operator Assistant to support our Operations Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage import/export documentation and coordinate logistics activities efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients and partners.

Job Responsibilities - Handle and manage import and export documentation processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate transportation for import and export shipments, working closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
- Register and update invoices in the company?s internal system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support and manage port-related procedures and requirements, including coordination with entities such as SIGA, MIDA, AUPSA, and other local authorities.
- Create and manage DMCE documentation as required by operational processes.
- Operate and support logistics systems and tools used by the company for operational tracking and control.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of logistics processes.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status and documentation.


Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Based in Panama City or surrounding areas (Panama Pacific or Panama Oeste preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and port operations is highly desirable.
- Own transportation is a plus.
