Sales & Service Advisor - Chiriquí
Position Summary
The Sales & Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle rental process. This role combines customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth vehicle rentals, customer satisfaction, and efficient branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and rental agreements.
- Prepare rental contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Promote additional services and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate vehicle movements between branches, airports, and delivery locations.
- Support daily branch operations and basic fleet management activities.
- Maintain high customer service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop relationships with hotels, tourism operators, and local business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, tourism, retail, aviation, or call center environments.
- Intermediate to advanced conversational English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
