- Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers
- Researches customer problems and delivers solutions
- Completes order requirements and checks the quantity of each item listed
- Facilitate an order audit and quality check
- Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate
- Drive order processing efficiencies
- Completes and maintains customer records per business controls
- Maintain account product and service offerings


Abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills a must
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to present to executives for escalations and customer critical projects

Experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Dell supply chain management
- Knowledge of order processing

Job Description: Responsible for the end to end order management and processing, services and solutions received via PM team. Principal Duties & Responsibilities ?
