Job Description
- As a strategic business partner within the department, need to have a deep understanding of the business and am well-versed in the relevant areas of human resources. By comprehending business strategies, conducting business research, and analyzing key business conflicts, need to leverage the professional expertise in human resources to identify issues in various domains such as organization, talent, atmosphere, and motivation. Combining the department's business characteristics with local talent traits, to provide targeted solutions to support business development and success.
- Support the implementation of various human resources practices within specific business units, including but not limited to organizational alignment, employee supply, talent development, compensation and incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal in English and Spanish)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
