Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Assistant based in Panama City. The Compliance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations of the compliance team and ensuring legal compliance. Day-to-day tasks will involve tracking and managing compliance management objectives and initiatives, analyzing compliance data, assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies, and providing support during internal compliance reviews. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders to drive the achievement of compliance goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Excellent Communication skills, goal-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and relevant laws is a plus
- Prior experience in a compliance role is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
