REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in collections for high-profile clients (minimum of 2 to 3 years).
- Experience in VIP collections at hospitals, insurance companies, or health-oriented businesses is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills.
- Numerical or accounting skills.
- Knowledge of accounting terminology (essential).
- Previous experience with American clients (USA).
Required Profile:
- Completed or ongoing studies in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English (essential and non-negotiable).
