As a Business Developer, you will build business and maintain relationships with clients.
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client?s business and equipment needs.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Partner with sales executive to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
Demonstrating and presenting products and solutions.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. (Identifying product improvements or new products.)
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Recommending profit and service improvements.
Organizing sales visits, may travel out of Panama.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
The Requirements
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients .
Knowledge of optical fiber cable products and communication technology, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on this area.
Negotiation skills to close the deal.
Presentation skills to convince client.
Willing to travel out of Panama.
Client relationships management skills.
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales including sales planning and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
MS Office applications, and English skill . .
Willing to travel out of Panama.
Working Schedule
You will generally work from 8:30am to 5:30pm (lunch break 12:00pm to 1:00pm), Monday to Friday. It may be necessary to work overtime during peak times and when deadlines are close. And we support flexible hours.

Candidates must have either Panamanian citizenship or an appropriate permanent working visa.
