Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new member of our growing team to work as a recruiting assistant for one of our US Based clients. The recruiting assistant will be responsible for posting job ads, scheduling and conducting the initial screening interview and grading candidates on a predetermined scorecard. The recruiting assistant will also schedule the in person interviews and other administrative tasks. The recruiting assistant will NOT need to create the content for job posts, select resumes, or conduct the in-person interviews.
We are searching for strong English speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Candidates with prior experience in HR or recruiting are a plus.
Positions will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Once an employee has passed onboarding, training, and met client expectations for job performance, work from home may be offered if candidate?s work from home set up meets company IT requirements. Work from home is a privilege and not guaranteed.
Excellent Attendance and Punctuality is a must! Please only apply to this position if you are sure you can commute to an office in Obarrio without tardiness issues.
Requirements:
Advanced English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to successfully multitask
Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
