1?Manage the food and beverage operations across multiple Latin American countries, oversee the operation of the food and beverage platform, and ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of food and beverage processes and regulations.
2?Responsible for establishing multinational dining service standards, including service SLAs, service specifications, etc., and ensuring delivery according to these standards to effectively safeguard business continuity.
3?Responsible for building multi-national catering service capabilities, organizing training or skill exchanges for catering managers, catering specialists, chefs, and kitchen staff from various countries.
4?Conduct regular organizational meetings for catering managers, release monthly reports on catering operations, promptly identify issues, and track improvements.
5?Responsible for overall planning of annual activities, formulating plans for the Life Committee's events, and coordinating relevant resources to ensure the successful execution of activities.
6?By managing employee expectations and designing dining service experiences, we aim to enhance employee satisfaction and take responsibility for their service satisfaction.
7?Effectively identify VIP reception needs, integrate service resources and standards, and develop business strategies and solutions based on local conditions.


Requisitos:
- Project management capabilities.
- Design, implementation, summarization, and planning of employee service operations, as well as the preparation and presentation of reporting materials.
- The ability to implement and execute established administrative policies, processes, and programs.
- Lead the team in designing and implementing integrated solutions for accommodation, transportation, or travel ticketing services, and organize the execution of these solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Graduate from Panama University, UTP
Business Skills

- Good communication skills
- Language: English is mandatory and Chinese mandarine is preferred
- Good at office software and data analysis.
